Overview

Fife Council is inviting the local community to help shape the design of a brand‑new play park at Farm Road, Cowdenbeath. As part of the Play Spaces Strategy, it was recognised that there is currently insufficient play provision within the surrounding area. To address this gap, we are committed to creating a safe, high‑quality, and engaging play space that reflects the needs and aspirations of local children, young people, and families.

This consultation gives residents the opportunity to influence what the new play park will look like and what types of play equipment should be included. Your ideas and feedback will help ensure the final design supports a variety of ages and abilities, offers inclusive and imaginative play opportunities, and becomes a valued asset for the whole community.Whether you live on Farm Road, nearby streets, or regularly visit the area, we want to hear from you.
