Quarry Park, Leslie - Play Park
Results updated 13 Jan 2025
Following a public consultation with residents, Fife Council has unveiled the new design for Quarry Park play area in Leslie.
Over 100 people took part in the consultation and the final design takes on board their suggestions and choices.
The new design is made up of a flying fox, wheelchair roundabout, megadeck multi-unit, you & me swing and a rocket roller.
There’s also a nod to the Glen Lions Football Club who train on the field next to the park with the addition of two football springies.
We’ll be sharing the design publicly to let others in the area see what’s planned and are in the process of tendering a contract for its construction. Work on the park will then start on the £230,000 project, which is being funded by the Scottish Government and Fife Council.
Weather permitting, the play area should be ready in time for Summer 2025.
