New council houses – refers to our new build programme.

Additional Older Person’s Housing – refer to retirement housing, very sheltered housing and extra care housing.

Disability adaptations – refers to adaptation to houses to allow tenants to continue to live independently in their home.

Home improvements (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms) – refers to our component replacement programme, e.g. new central heating, new kitchens, bathrooms, etc.

Neighbourhood/Estate improvements – refers to a range of projects carried out to improve the area you live in. Examples can include, additional parking, upgrading bin stores, upgrading communal garden areas, etc.

Fuel Poverty Support – refers to helping tenants who are in energy crisis with advice and assistance.

Rent Support – refers to a support fund available to tenants not in receipt of full Universal Credit Housing Costs or Housing Benefit.

Estate regeneration – refers to larger investment projects where current properties are no longer feasible to retain. Recent projects include Fraser Avenue, Inverkeithing, Mayview Flats, Anstruther and Glenwood Centre, Glenrothes.

External paint works – refers to external paint works to properties and block of flats.

Lock-up improvements - refers to upgrades to our existing lock-up stock, e.g. replacing doors, roofs and cladding.

Fencing – refers to repairing/replacing fencing separating front and back gardens.

Other – refers to any other service you would like to see as a priority.
