Harris Drive Play Area

Overview

Fife Council are proposing to deliver a new play area at Harris Drive, Kirkcaldy. The previous play area was removed a number of years ago and, as part of the approved Play Space Strategy, it was agreed that this site would be reinstated as a play area for the local community.

A full play area design has now been developed for the site, providing a range of play opportunities for children and young people of different ages and abilities. The proposed layout includes inclusive play equipment and supporting features designed to create a welcoming and accessible space.

All feedback received will be reviewed and will help inform the final design for the play area improvements.

All play equipment options shown have been carefully designed to fit within the available project budget and available space.
